Specialist services provided by the Department include: * Valuation of commercial property for rating purposes. * Negotiation of appeals against rating assessments. * Representation of client's cases at Valuation and/or Lands Tribunal. * Management of client's rates liabilities and liaison with Local Authorities. * Mitigation of rates liabilities for wholly or partially vacant properties. |
